It's important to take some time each day to slow down, breathe, and just relax. Sit down somewhere quiet. Take a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate with you into your little bubble of me time. Read a book. Ok, not a whole book. Let's be honest, if you have enough spare time to read an entire book in one sitting, you probably don't need to decompress.
